Nice bike! I noticed that the plastic air hose that connects the carburetor to the air filter housing is not installed correctly. The rubber sleeve (with two hose clamps) should connect the hose to the carburetor, not the other way around. If you check BMW repair/parts manuals or original photos of any R90/6 or R75/6 you'll see what I mean. The fit and seal will be much better and the carburetor may even function better!

I used to have 1975 R90/6. Crashed during tornado in Texas. I'm glad to be alive. The bike didn't fair as well. RIP.
