my cable stuck .... i tryed to remove my wires from my grip. broke the sleeve. Trying to install new grips i dont have enough play to install the wire in new grips. Stuck dont know what to do i maxed out the play and it still is not loose enough.

It sounds like your asking about the little chrome cap thing on the rear differential housing. That is a vent for the differential. If there is too much oil in there, or if its getting too hot, some might spill out as your riding and it expands. My first thought would be 1. Change the fluid. 2. When you change the fluid, be sure to put the right stuff in there, and the right amount. I've got a video on how to do that, just look up "2009 honda shadow rear differential service"
