just make sure the feeler gauge leads don't stick together and you will find that the job is pretty easy. Hardest part was snaking the front valve cover out, just be patient and take your time.

It was easier than I thought it was too. The hardest part was getting those crossover things off the top of the valve covers and then working the valve covers out from under the frame. Take your time, dont get frustrated and nick one of the gaskets, and make sure the blades on your feeler gauge dont stick together.. I was rather surprised that it required as few tools to do the job as it did and had never done this before either..
